What's needed for this role?
Provide expertise and guidance to all levels of management in the following areas: recruitment, compensation analysis, ADA compliance, leadership training, workplace investigations, organizational development, benefits administration, and complex employee relations.
Collaborate with the program's leadership team on important HR issues and help develop strategies for the organization.
Actively integrate the business strategy with people management strategies.
Act as the link between HR and the business, advising and supporting managers on strategic and employee issues and helping implement high-performing, integrated HR practices.
?Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related field
7+ years of hands-on experience in related HR field
Professional HR certification: PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR (preferred)
Comfortable being the go-to person for anything HR-related
Experience conducting workplace investigations and providing leadership training and support
Extensive knowledge of relevant employment laws in Massachusetts
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with the ability to make formal presentations on HR-related topics
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
