In this exciting and diverse role, you will be responsible for implementing the complete control system for our internal equipment at Hickory Corners. This includes SPS programming, electrical planning, and assembly, as well as commissioning.

As a Control and Automation Technician, you will be responsible for electrical planning, assembly, and wiring, as well as commissioning of equipment in close collaboration with your colleagues from product and equipment development.
What I will be doing:
- Implementing the necessary SPS programs for our equipment
- Electrical planning including pneumatics
- Development and documentation of circuits, control cabinets, and other mechatronic systems
- Assembly and commissioning of controls and all components (control cabinets, wiring, safety devices, SPS, motor controls, actuators, sensors)
What I need:
- An electrical engineering apprenticeship, ideally with further training as a technician or bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of control technology/automation
- Excellent knowledge of SPS programming with CoDeSys (IEC 61131)
- Experience in electrical planning, ideally with EPlan
- Experience and enjoyment in building control cabinets, as well as wiring and commissioning systems
