Are you interested in working as a Telephone Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent m/f/d in inbound customer service for a hotel comparison portal in Livonia, MI?

We are currently looking for a Telephone Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent m/f/d for inbound customer service.

As a Telephone Customer Service Representative, Call Center Agent m/f/d, your responsibilities will include:
Tasks

  • Providing expert advice to our customers on all questions related to hotel bookings via telephone and email
  • Adjusting existing bookings (e.g. based on customer requests, changes, and reservations for special services)
  • Independently entering and maintaining customer data
  • Contributing to the development of internal processes and optimizing work procedures
Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training
  • Previous experience in reservations, hotels, or customer service/call center is an advantage
  • Enjoyment of providing customer service over the phone and in writing
  • Serviceoriented, sociable, and teamoriented
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability to cover shifts between 8am and 11pm
