Seeking full-time door-staff at lovely UWS condominium. A pleasant work environment, great residents, attentive management

Door-staff responsibilities include opening door, greeting residents and receiving packages/deliveries. General helpfulness to all residents and their guests; the Superintendent/Porter and visiting contractors/service people. Ensuring safety and comfort while monitoring property and continuous communication with residents, Superintendent and management.

A friendly, easy-going demeanor with team player attitude offering quality customer service is mandatory. Attention to detail, with previous experience as a door-staff in residential building service and knowledge of BuildingLink IS REQUIRED.

Hiring immediately for one key shift:
M-F 4pm-Midnight

Some weekday morning& afternoon along with weekend fill-in & vacation shifts may be available

Compensation is paid bi-weekly.

Starting pay is $22 per hour, plus $600 per month health insurance stipend paid after 3 month probation period.

Expected year-end bonus and resident gratuities


Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
