- Coordinates and serves all food and beverage in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Follows all alcohol safety standards including checking identification to ensure the minimum drinking age requirements are met.
- Upholds cleanliness standards for sanitation and shared areas of responsibility.
- Performs all pre-bussing during the dining experience.
- Performs financial transactions and processes guest payment for the goods and services delivered.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
- Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training.

Job DescriptionSUMMARY
Coordinate the delivery of all food and beverages to banquet guests. Provide exceptional customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
No supervisory/management authority.
EDUCATION ANDEXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and at least 3 years banquet experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Work may be performed in a variety of settings, including climate-controlled office settings and/or casino floors which includes exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise. Work will require working varied shifts including, weekends and holidays, as needed. Work requires lifting objects up to 50lbs.
