Social worker or vocational educator in vocational rehabilitation, full-time or part-time minimum 70%

Your tasks:

  • Supporting participants through case management and counseling
  • Management and controlling of the rehabilitation and integration process with internal and external partners (e.g. funding agencies)
  • Administration and documentation
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation in the vocational rehabilitation process

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology or Vocational Education
  • High competence in process management
  • Strong communication, coordination and cooperation skills
  • Experience in coaching adults
  • Structured, independent work style, sense of responsibility, high customer orientation
