The Mobile Medical Equipment Manager oversees the team's operations on a day-to-day basis, collaborates and maintains positive relationships with our customers, works to develop their team, and provides a communication channel between hospital executives and TRIMEDX.
The Manager is responsible for maintaining a collaborative team environment that motivates and encourages associates to excel and add value to the organization.

What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 35 years leading individuals in a team environment.
- At least 3 years of customer excellence experience.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, including an understanding or experience with hospital medical equipment preferred.
Requirements:
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as nights and emergency offhours as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is a must.
- Ability to push or pull a cart that may weigh up to 75 pounds is critical.
- Valid driver's license required; variable travel requirements depending on primary site that may require use of personal vehicle
- Demonstrates a willingness to be flexible in terms of approach and a willingness and openness to receive and act on coaching and development.
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills
- This role may perform handson services as needed

- Additional Considerations Working in a Hospital Environment
- Because of the impact you are making, you are needed often at multiple times and places throughout the hospital.
- As an equipment specialist, you may be required to enter a patient's room to deliver or sanitize equipment while medical professionals are taking patient samples
