    Director of Communications and Marketing - Voice Up Global

    Commission-Based Opportunity (Part-Time to Full-Time Options)

    Position Overview

    Voice Up seeks a creative Director of Communications and Marketing to develop compelling messaging and materials for our global network spanning 2,000+ cities in 100+ countries.

    This commission-based role focuses on crafting purpose-driven content that resonates across cultures while supporting our Purpose Ambassadors and corporate partnerships.

    We offer flexible part-time to full-time options for the right candidate who embodies our core principles.

    Strategic Responsibilities

    Content Development:
    Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and digital content for our seven-tier sponsorship program

    Brand Management:
    Maintain consistent messaging and visual identity across all Voice Up platforms and communications

    Ambassador Support:
    Develop templates and resources that help Purpose Ambassadors communicate effectively

    Corporate Storytelling:
    Craft engaging business leader stories for our Corporate Sponsor Showcase

    Training Integration:
    Collaborate with our training team to enhance communication components of our Corporate Sponsor Training Program

    Commission Structure
    6% Override: On revenue generated by Purpose Ambassadors using your marketing materials
    15-35%

    Direct Commission:
    On sponsorships and partnerships you personally secure
    4%

    Content Bonus:
    When your materials are successfully implemented in corporate partnerships

    Example Earnings Potential (30% Capacity Scenario):
    Materials supporting 8 Purpose Ambassadors generating $4,000 monthly = $1,920 monthly override
    Personal sponsorships and partnerships = $900+ monthly
    Content implementation bonuses = $480+ monthly

    Potential Monthly Income:
    $3,300+ (part-time)

    As your content reaches more Purpose Ambassadors and sponsors, your income scales proportionally.

    Flexibility Options

    Part-Time Entry:
    Begin with 10-15 hours weekly while maintaining other commitments

    Gradual Scaling:
    Increase hours as your content portfolio and income grow

    Full-Time Potential:
    Option to transition to full-time leadership role with expanded responsibilities and proportionally higher earnings

    Geographic Flexibility:
    Work remotely from anywhere while creating global impact

    Ideal Qualifications
    Proven experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or brand management
    Excellence in developing compelling written and visual content
    Understanding of purpose-driven messaging and social impact communication
    Demonstrated alignment with our foundational principles
    Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a commission-based role
    Leveraging Our Training Program
    You'll enhance our established Corporate Sponsor Training Program by:
    Developing communication templates and marketing collateral
    Creating presentation materials for business leader stories
    Designing recruitment campaign materials for university talent
    Producing branded content for social media and digital platforms
    Crafting impact reports and sponsor recognition materials

    Support Structure
    Direct access to Founder & CEO
    Collaboration with our 13-person executive leadership team
    Complete training on Voice Up's platforms, partnerships, and vision
    Access to our established training materials and resources
    Regular creative strategy sessions
