    A five-year-old with ADHD independently used the book's breathing techniques at school, surprising his kindergarten teacher who had "never seen a child request regulation time."     Three Ways to Participate

    Reach parents seeking practical resources, educators needing classroom tools, and healthcare providers recognizing that effective support doesn't require complex interventions.


    You'll leverage the book's role as first component of The B Curriculum a global framework spanning 3,774 cities, designed to build better mental health through simple, purposeful activities.
