• Develop and implement enforcement strategies in alignment with organizational goals
• Lead and manage the enforcement team, providing guidance and support
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and decisionmaking
• Oversee business development efforts to expand enforcement capabilities
• Manage operations to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization

• Must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent by having at least five years of experience in law enforcement as a commanding officer i.e. Lieutenant, Commander, or Captain.
• Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise and confident manner. Whether speaking with a citizen, at a public event or with other members of law enforcement and must be able to deliver information clearly and accurately.
• Must possess a strong understanding of the law and a strong sense of ethics.
• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in enforcement, with a focus on project management and process improvement
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Strategic thinker with the capacity to drive change and innovation
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex situations effectively
