Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement enforcement strategies in alignment with organizational goals
- Lead and manage the enforcement team, providing guidance and support
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and decisionmaking
- Oversee business development efforts to expand enforcement capabilities
- Manage operations to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization
QUALIFICATIONS
-Must have a minimum of 10 years of law enforcement experience.
- Must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent by having at least five years of experience in law enforcement as a commanding officer i.e. Lieutenant, Commander, or Captain.
- Must be able to communicate in a clear, concise and confident manner. Whether speaking with a citizen, at a public event or with other members of law enforcement and must be able to deliver information clearly and accurately.
- Must possess a strong understanding of the law and a strong sense of ethics.
- Must possess a valid Pennsylvania
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in enforcement, with a focus on project management and process improvement
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to drive change and innovation
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex situations effectively
Pay:
$ $28.85 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
