So-Cal-inspired cuisine, spacious ambiance, lawn games, and craft drinks for any occasion.

Our Crack Shack family says birds of a feather flock together. Hence, we share an obsession for quality food and memorable dining experiences. We are looking for hospitality-driven individuals who thrive in a team environment.

When your inspiration is as wide as the world and your chickens as free as the ranges they roam, a culinary treat beyond the ordinary is ready to hatch.

You will provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution and preparing high-quality food for our Guests.

• Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties
• Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible
• Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
• Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
• Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, etc.
• Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees, etc.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out the trash, etc.
• Prepare daily pastry and baked goods.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned

Requirements:

  Previous kitchen is preferred. But we offer on

• job training.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests.
• Knowledgeable about the menu and the varying products we carry.
