- Develop, implement, and manage security protocols and procedures to ensure high levels of security for space and missile defense programs, systems, and information
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify and resolve vulnerabilities in the systems and networks
- Author, edit, review security standards, guidelines, and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain security solutions
- Manage controls and permissions for employees to ensure data confidentiality and integrity
- Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to keep the program's security strategies effective
- Prepare and present reports to management on security incidents and risk assessments
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three years of experience in security and administration
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Experience with configuring and maintaining security solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate security risks
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and present findings to management
- Must hold an active Department of Defense Secret security clearance
