Job Duties:
Responsible for people management and sales enablement. May also be responsible for project oversight of staff augmentation projects. Ensures that operational policies are followed and

that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Responsible for operational metrics and business results for assigned area of responsibility. Typically manages individual contributors and/or entry-level managers. Monitors consultant activities and performance on projects (e.g. read status reports, respond to staffing and availability issues, pro-actively seek out project performance reviews, etc.). May serve as project advisor for moderately complex engagements. May telecommute

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related technical field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Consulting Technical-related occupation.

Position requires:

Leading a Team and providing constructive feedback to grow resources to meet technical goals and objectives;
Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and Customer to Meter (C2M) and Meter Data Management (MDM) with configuration and design;
Requirements gathering;
Design development;
Release Management utilizing Oracle Utilities Application Framework Tools including Bundling and Configuration; and Content Migration Assistant;
SQL, Oracle Database, MS Office, Visio, HP ALM, and Jira.
