Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides.

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Duties:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide assistance with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.

Experience:

• Previous experience in memory care, caregiving, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Familiarity with senior care and understanding of the unique needs of older adults.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Experience in Hospice CNA; dementia care are a plus.

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
