Our hospital's gastronomy includes a kitchen, meals on the wards, and operation of a restaurant. The kitchen produces meals for the nursing stations and the restaurant. To complement our kitchen team, we are looking for a Diet Cook or Cook at our location in Rheinau (border to Schaffhausen), 100%, starting on August 1, 2024 or by agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Preparation and cooking according to the schedule in all areas of the kitchen
• Supervising and leading kitchen staff and apprentices on the assigned station
• Participating in banquets and events
• Collaborating with the team, kitchen management, and nutrition counseling

Your profile

• Completed training as a Diet Cook or Cook EFZ
• Professional experience in gastronomy or hotel industry
• Openness to new ideas
