    Job Responsibilities
    • Perform analysis of raw data and manage monthly reporting on plant performance
    • Monitor and analyze production performance against key performance indicators
    • Support production team with planning production schedules and work orders
    • Inspect raw material inventory and update ERP records
    • Provide variance analysis and COGS reporting
    • Ensure data integrity and update information in ERP systems
    • Assist with ad hoc projects based on strategic initiatives
    • Maintain product quality, compliance, and safety standards
    • Lead, coach, and appraise team members to achieve production and quality goals

    Skills/Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance preferred
    • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of cost analysis and production metrics
    • Experience with business systems like Oracle or SAP
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Self-initiative and teamwork abilities
