- Analyze incoming data to determine oil procurement needs weekly.
- Manage oil coverage requirements file and share with the team monthly.
- Support Sr Mgr Oil Trading by entering purchase contracts as necessary.
- Aid in monthly RSPO auditing oversight alongside Oil Trading Manager.
- Assist in onboarding new suppliers, involving communication, record-keeping, and system updates.
- Research and gather relevant data for Oil Trading presentations and reports.
- Assist Sr. Manager, Oil Trading in managing purchase contracts and purchase orders.
- Understand plant-specific needs and ordering dynamics.
- Collaborate with external vendors to plan and communicate plant requirements.
- Maintain supplier scorecards, tracking performance data and analyzing trends.
- Handle incoming shipment data and COA information, ensuring proper communication and file upkeep.
- Update PO details as required for manufacturing plant needs.
- Preferred: Minimum 1 year experience in Finance, Accounting, or Commodities field.
- Experience in Commodities & Agricultural supply chain preferable.
- College degree is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a team, manage priorities, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Track record of fostering relationships with external partners and customers.
- Experience in financial or commodity accounting advantageous.
- Act as a liaison between external suppliers, internal teams, and global oil trends.
- Self-driven individual who can work independently and collaboratively.
