This is a 14-month fixed term assignment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
Provide guidance to Hiring Managers during Talent Strategy Discussions, prioritizing the establishment and maintenance of strong working relationships. Assist managers with hiring decisions and negotiations.
PerkinElmer values diversity and inclusion; work to ensure equity in both internal and external markets.
Make recommendations for Outreach events and Recruitment tools.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and local regulations; assist with staffing reporting when necessary.

Requirements:

58 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting, with experience recruiting for all levels of positions from entrylevel to executive.
Confident in providing guidance to hiring managers and leading the recruitment process; ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
Able to work proactively and independently in a fastpaced environment, prioritize workload, and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.
Experience working in the DACH region, with knowledge of local legislation and hiring practices. Strong proficiency in German and English preferred.
