This is a 14-month fixed term assignment.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
  • Provide guidance to Hiring Managers during Talent Strategy Discussions, prioritizing the establishment and maintenance of strong working relationships. Assist managers with hiring decisions and negotiations.
  • PerkinElmer values diversity and inclusion; work to ensure equity in both internal and external markets.
  • Make recommendations for Outreach events and Recruitment tools.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and local regulations; assist with staffing reporting when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 58 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting, with experience recruiting for all levels of positions from entrylevel to executive.
  • Confident in providing guidance to hiring managers and leading the recruitment process; ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to work proactively and independently in a fastpaced environment, prioritize workload, and demonstrate resilience in challenging situations.
  • Experience working in the DACH region, with knowledge of local legislation and hiring practices. Strong proficiency in German and English preferred.
