The need for legal departments to address cost pressures, efficiency improvements, and the use of IT tools is increasing immensely.

With our dynamic and rapidly growing Legal Operations team in Berlin, we support numerous clients in Germany with their transformation.

In this role, you will take on a variety of tasks:


  • Support in consulting projects for our clients from conception to successful implementation using our roadmap
  • Collaboration on our studies as well as writing articles and proposals
  • Assistance in analyzing results and managing completion processes
  • Close collaboration with a highly experienced leadership team and receiving regular feedback
  • Developing your own ideas and taking on challenging tasks independently in a short period of time

What you bring - Skills that shape the future

  • Aboveaverage degree (Master) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field of study
  • Ideally, first insights into the work of a legal department or an affinity for legal studies
  • Interest in technology and digitalization topics and their integration into business models
  • Clear communication in both written and spoken German and English, as well as the necessary flexibility, mobility, and drive in a consulting environment
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
