A specialty beverage company in Elk Grove Village, is seeking an energetic, well organized team player to join our growing team.
All responsibilities and qualifications are listed below may include, but not limited to:Responsibilities:
- Create invoices using Quickbooks.
- Answer questions about products and order process.
- Assist customers with any problems regarding damaged orders and back orders.
- Review orders, shipping and other pertinent data on multiple programs and web browsing.
- Submit claims with shipping companies, when needed.
Qualifications:
- Superior customer service experience.
- Quickbooks experience preferred.
- Fedex Ship Manager preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
