As a Data Entry Operator / Customer Service for our oil field equipment supply company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data management and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Enter customer orders, purchase orders, and other relevant data into our database accurately and efficiently.

Verify the accuracy of data entered and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing assistance and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to provide comprehensive solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or the equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.

Job Types:

Pay:
$ $26.10 per hour
