We are looking for a Department Manager (m/f/d) for our store in Schweinfurt.

Your responsibilities:

As a Department Manager (m/f/d), you will organize your area directly on the sales floor and always keep an overview.
You will advise our customers with passion and conduct professional consultations.
You will ensure customeroriented product presentation and a salesoriented flow of goods.
You will motivate your team and promote a tolerant, fair, and open working environment.
You will develop your team, taking into account their specific skills and qualifications, and maintain a regular feedback culture.
You will ensure sustainable and transparent communication.
You will support the store management in personnel planning and organizing store and department processes.
