The position can also be filled with a collective bargaining employee.

With collective bargaining employees, an initial fixed-term employment contract with an extra-tariff compensation according to AT 1 of the AT payment guidelines of the state of Berlin will be concluded for a period of two years.

During the probationary period, an existing employment relationship with the state of Berlin will be suspended.

If there is already an indefinite employment relationship with another public employer, a permanent employment contract will be concluded based on the current classification according to Berlin collective bargaining law, and will be suspended for the duration of the probationary period.

Department II - Schools: The cross-state school policy is a coordination focus of the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs to enable a high degree of mobility. Through its resolutions, it ensures the comparability of school education and qualifications. The agreements of the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs on individual subjects define the subject-specific requirements at interfaces
