    Description
    GridIron IT is seeking a Systems Administrator local to San Antonio, TX.
    • Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Eligible
    Monitoring and management skills and experience -
    • 4+ years of IT systems experience
    • Server, Network Switching, and/or VxRail technology knowledge
    • System patching/maintenance experience
    • CompTIA Sec+/A+/Network+ or equivalent preferred
    • Ability to monitor and interpret system/tool output and understand an issue is present, along with submitting a required trouble ticket while working with higher level support to engage break-fix corrections to resolve network/system outages
    • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware preferred
    • Responsible in owning actions and follow up
    • Solid communication skills as it relates to team, program and customer interactions
    • Critical that the individual be a team player
    • Ability to work an 8 hour shift in a 24 x 7 coverage requirement - shift may rotate
    • IT problem solving, troubleshooting and remediation experience
