This position is HYBRID, which means you will need to commute within the Greater Boston area.

Responsibilities

As a valued member of our global team, you will:

Execute project management tasks and be involved in every phase of the project.
Develop schedules, timelines, and cost plans aligned with business goals, established budgets, resources, and project goals.
Propose and manage creative solutions for clients encountering delivery challenges.
Drive project-level communications and provide executive-level updates, effectively communicating through all channels.
Evaluate risks and establish backup plans.
Manage work and contributions from various stakeholders.

As a consultant, you will provide expertise, adapt to new scenarios, and collaborate effectively within a team. Representing our brand at client locations, you will be fully prepared to support our projects. Who we are looking for:

You have 5-8 years of experience in Project Management/Program Management, hold a bachelor's degree, and have a strong passion for Project Management.

Ideally, you possess your PMP certification, and any additional relevant certifications (CSM, SSM, CAPM, etc.) are a bonus.

Interview Process Overview:

minute initial call with the Talent Partner

1-hour Microsoft Teams Interview with a Business Manager

Technical Interview: 1 hour to receive and analyze a case study, followed by a 1-hour presentation of your findings and an interview with a Business Manager.
