WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR TRAINING IN CLEVELAND

You will create audiovisual media products, record sound and images, and be responsible for post-production.
You will set lighting according to technical and design requirements.
Under content and design considerations, you will produce films for image and sound productions, for which you will select the appropriate production tools.
Preparing and operating media-specific production systems is part of your responsibilities.
It is important to avoid hazards and comply with legal regulations during productions.

WHAT YOU ALREADY BRING

A good secondary school leaving certificate or high school diploma.
Our television and radio productions involve many employees, so teamwork, interest in technology, and organizational skills are important prerequisites for us.
For the training, we require a good general education and strengths in mathematics and physics.
Good communication skills in spoken and written German and English.
To professionally create finished radio and television contributions, it is important to have technical understanding, creative talent, and manual dexterity.
In addition to unrestricted color vision and hearing ability (audiometry test), musical interest and basic knowledge are advantageous.
For work on external productions, a high level of commitment to unusual working hours and changing locations is also essential.
