As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will work in a team with one of our Heads of Regional Sales Managers and will be responsible for acquiring new clients and increasing revenue in your region.

As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin, you can expect the following tasks:

  • As a coordination and communication talent, you have no fear of acquiring new clients for your assigned region.
  • You constantly work on acquiring new clients for YoungCapital Germany and developing long-term client relationships.
  • You negotiate offers and contracts independently and present the company to various clients.
  • You find the perfect HR solution for potential clients.
  • You report on your client visits and identify market opportunities.
  • You are familiar with the target clients in your region and ensure the development of client development plans.
  • You actively ensure the achievement of your KPIs.
