    As a Lead Certified Sterile Processing Technician, you'll be the go-to person for decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments. Responsibilities include:

    • Troubleshooting equipment or product failures
    • Overseeing complex case cart functions
    • Receiving and stocking inventory

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, with a strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and decisive judgment. They should excel independently and in team settings, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess a Sterile Processing Distribution certification (CRCST) by IAHCSMM or CBSPD.

    Your role involves technical expertise for internal and external customers, troubleshooting processing equipment, and seeking continuous improvement. Education requirement includes a HS diploma or equivalent GED, with a minimum of one year experience in sterile processing, central service, or operating room. Physical requirements include lifting items up to 25 pounds and navigating supply carts over 75 pounds.
