IT Manager - Systems & Infrastructure

$140-160k base salary

I'm working with a family-owned manufacturing company who are currently going through an exciting transformation period and are recruiting for an experience IT Leader to lead their Manufacturing Systems & IT Infrastructure functions.

This position will and will be directly responsible for the overall performance, upgrade, maintenance and support of the organizations IT portfolio which includes the Systems & Applications services. Additionally, they are looking for someone to lead and support implementation of a new ERP system which will include creating a data analytics network and managing the SharePoint environment.

Key skills and experience:

Proven experience in an IT Leadership role, managing applications, systems & infrastructure services - ideally in an industrial manufacturing environment
Cloud-based ERP implementation experience (IFS or similar cloud-based platform)
Expertise with data analytics frameworks and managing SharePoint environments
Background in managing MSP/vendor relationships
Experience implementing and integrating an ERP system
Able to work onsite in Baltimore (relocation assistance provided)
