Overview:

We are seeking someone who is a punctual, detail-oriented and organized person to join our team as a customer service/data entry professional.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and accurately job data into our systems.

This position requires exclent multi-tasking abilities, strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Accurately enter customer information, orders, and other data into our databases
• Utlizie adobe acrobat to create internal job tickets for new orders
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
• Experience in cloud based software such as Trello or Monday is a plus

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines
• Proficient in using Microsoft office and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask as needed

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
