    Our top client in Addison, TX has a contract opening for an Accounts Receivable Associate

    This is a 3 day in the office HYBIRD role.
    Our client is searching for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join their collection's group.

    This individual will perform various day-to-day accounting activities as follows:

    • Interacts with customers to ensure payments are received by due date. Provides support to customers on billing inquiries as requested.
    • Analyze accounts receivable aging reports daily to maintain positive cash flows.
    • Works closely with customer service/fleet management to address customer issues and billing disputes.
    • Research and reconcile aging to drive resolution on disputes.
    • Provides AR reports to management in weekly/monthly meetings including account detail.
    • Provides application of incoming cash and wire payments to appropriate customer invoices.
    • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of cash applied.
    • Manage Pre-payments and unapplied cash.
    • Collaborate and be comfortable holding meetings, communicating with customer at all levels.
    • Able to take ownership of ad-hoc tasks as needed

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of customer service and/or commercial accounts receivable experience with general knowledge of accounting practices.
    • Posses premier interpersonal and customer relations skill.
    • Strong communication skills, as well as ability to organize/prioritize tasks.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast pace environment.
    • Proven ability to be a self-starter with little direction.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Products. Experience with Oracle system is preferred.
    • Experience with Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or any other ERP system is preferred
    • Strong analytical, organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
    • High school degree or equivalent
