Your tasks:


  • Administrative and commercial office management, as well as ensuring smooth communication between the office of the management and all internal and external contacts.
  • Followup of our offers
  • Time tracking for our employees
  • Travel planning for external assignments of our employees
  • Continuous updating and adaptation of our merchandise management system and our quality management
  • Continuous updating and maintenance of our website
  • General office tasks
