Eagles Point Security, The fastest-growing security company in California, is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Our company specializes in providing top-notch security services to our clients, and we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations.


Position:
Account Manager


Location:
San Diego, California


Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

Working Hours: 10:00AM-06:00PM, Monday-Friday (Additional hours and weekends may be required)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an assigned book of business.
  • Assess security personnel on client properties and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Develop employee schedules and optimize workforce allocation.
  • Collaborate with field supervisors to conduct post checks and provide training to security officers.
  • Create and update post orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Offer expert advice to clients on security concerns.
  • Identify portfolio needs and initiate hiring processes as necessary.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients.
  • Occasionally, participate in security post duties.
  • Establish and oversee security programs for each site within your portfolio.

Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in contract security is a must. Minimum of 2-year relevant experience required to apply.

  • Previous experience as a security officer or field supervisor in contract security is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional security services.
  • Proven track record of managing large portfolios effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Good understanding of scheduling concepts.
