CTS is looking for talented individuals for our ever expanding logistics and freight brokerage.

Our company has a customer and carrier base that we have been working with for over 24 years.

Major Responsibilities

• Processing orders and quotes for sales representatives & assigned customer accounts
• Providing shipment updates to assigned customer accounts
• Generating shipping paperwork for assigned customer accounts
• Working with the operations department to ensure shipping deadlines are met
• Working with the operations department to ensure a timely return of quotes

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• 12 years previous experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
• Clear and confident communication
• Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results
• Ambitious, salesdriven attitude
• Flexible & strong prioritization skills; able to change focus quickly to meet demands of market conditions and company needs

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
