Consumer Ops. Execution Manager - FCRA Tradeline Testing & Remediation

In this role, you'll experience new things, create new opportunities, think beyond your role, and make an impact. As the Consumer Operations Execution Manager

  • FCRA Tradeline Testing & Remediation, you will be responsible for the management of projects for the business unit (e.g., strategic change management, implementation new products, systems/technology, process reengineering, establishment of control procedures) and/or managing the daytoday running of the infrastructure related to tradeline testing activities of Consumer Products, FCRA and/or CRA.
This includes managing FCRA tradeline testers and remediation specialists supporting Citizens FCRA program across the following products:
Credit cards, Mortgage Loans, Lines of Credit, By Now Pay Later, or Auto Loans.

You will report to the Senior Vice of President of Enterprise FCRA and will assist in driving our strategic vision and developing meaningful working relationships across organizations.

Primary responsibilities include:


  • Develops, implements, and monitors business strategy by creating, deploying, and measuring corporate business strategy and ensures that the results are monitored.
  • Scope, plan and manage organizational impact of change.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve deficiencies and follow up to keep daily deliverables on schedule and within budgeted cost constraints. Provide logístical support for key team and business unit wide projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with managing operational and administrative support for the business in the region to include business strategy; financial management; improvement activity; program governance, measurement systems & reporting; risk and compliance support, people support and development; project resourcing, and internal program consulting services.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peer level stakeholders across the business so that these contribute both to the effective operation of the business unit as well as the development of the unit business plan.
  • Effectively manage and develop the team including FCRA tradeline testers and remediation specialists supporting Citizens FCRA program across all product lines.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • 57+ years of credit bureau reporting experience
  • 3+ years of direct supervisory, or management experience
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Fiserv, ALS, TSYS, MSP, and Debt Manager servicing platforms
  • Thorough understanding of all federal and state regulatory requirements related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Data Furnishing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong proven written/verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and problem solving skills
  • Ability while processing daily tasks to consider process improvements simultaneously
  • Strong ability to multitask; utilize effective organizational skills; and effective time management skills
  • Intermediate level experience successfully utilizing Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Outlook, Excel & PDF Creation/ Conversion.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in an operational and regulatory environment such as FCRA, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit
  • Experience in bankruptcy and charge off
  • Demonstrated past job history stability

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • High School or GED required mínimally with 5+ years of relevant direct work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in businessrelated field strongly preferred

Hours & Work Schedule

  • 40 Hours per Week

Fri.

8:30-5 PM ET with the potential for Hybrid and/or Work from Home
