SCADA-Automation is a system integrator for control system and automation solutions in industrial plants for energy generation and production, as well as energy management in companies.


We handle the project planning and implementation of control and automation systems, monitor them, develop highly individual software modules, and implement the smartBattery as a battery storage control and the smartEMS as a virtual power plant.

We use manufacturer-independent solutions with zenon and Straton, the systems of COPA-DATA, and control solutions from Bachmann.


To support the modernization, construction, and operation of our power plant monitoring solutions, we are looking for a computer specialist.


Responsibilities:

  • Setup and operation of power plant monitoring with CheckMK or similar in virtualized servers
  • Participation in the setup, commissioning, and regular maintenance of our network components and servers in various plants
  • Support in the commissioning of station and plant controls for customers
  • Creation of documentation

Additional tasks, if suitable:

  • Programming
  • Training and instruction of customers
  • Integration of peripherals and fieldbus devices

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in a similar position or equivalent professional experience (computer science, information technology, system integration)
  • Knowledge of commissioning and maintenance of network components, servers, and/or software systems
  • Knowledge of a programming language, preferably C# or C++, is desirable but not required
