- Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate and maintain accurate and detailed reports on procurement performance, vendor performance, and expenditure analysis for Management.
- Assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain analysis is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in resolving and handling customer/supplier requests and issues.
- Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, purchasing department, accounting department, operations team, and outside vendors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
