- Minimum 2 years of education experience.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a specialty.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Registered Nurse License (state of practice).
- Basic Life Support certification within 1 month of hire.

- Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in didactic presentation and time management.
- Skilled in conflict resolution.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
