Your Responsibilities

You continuously develop the service version, taking into account customer needs and relevant market trends
You network with external customers
You are the contact person and entry channel for requirements from internal and external customers for the services you are responsible for
You work on product planning based on the process vision of the service team and customer requirements
You coordinate technical, operational, and security requirements and priorities with the product teams
You collaborate with the product owners of relevant agile product teams for customer projects
You assist with prioritizing user stories in the product teams
You participate in sprint planning and sprint review for further development measures of products used by the service team to provide the responsible services
You prioritize the service backlog in relation to the services you are responsible for
You continuously develop service processes and conceptualize ideas for strategic business opportunities
You ensure continuous transparency within the team and provide information on the technical development status and maintenance activities of the products used

Your Profile

You can design products from the existing team portfolio and create a product vision taking into account various factors
You have many years of experience in planning and implementing complex projects in a diverse IT tool environment and/or in the conception of customercentric product and service offerings
You stand out with your entrepreneurial thinking and acting, customer orientation, and strategic conceptual skills
You convince stakeholders with your excellent communication and presentation
