MA Building Services is currently hiring qualified, professional unarmed security officers that can commit to working in Chicago for a commercial real estate customer.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

Patrolling buildings, premises entrances, and other facilities, including pedways.
Handling visitors display noncompliance with the security procedures, including removal of vagrants.
Identifying and reporting any suspicious activities to management or proper authorities.
Ensuring that all exits and entrances are secured properly Answering any emergencies calls and complaints.
Regularly monitoring the surveillance cameras & responding to any alarms on time
Ensuring no damage to the property.

Qualifications

23 years of work experience as an Unarmed Security Guard or a Security Guard.
Understanding of selfdefense techniques.
Knowledgebase of security procedures and techniques
Familiarity with law enforcement policies and building access control system.
Must pass a background check.
Ability to work independently and for long hours.
Excellent surveillance skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Scheduled Shifts:
Monday

Sunday 11PM5AM

Compensation:
$17.00
