- Develop procedures and facilitate implementation of solutions to ensure production of quality products
- Management of Corrective Action Request logs documenting Failure Modes, Root Cause Analyses, Corrective Actions, and Audits for Effectiveness
- Manage customer complaints of poor quality to ensure all are investigated, documented and the corrective actions are communicated to both the internal and external stakeholders
- Develop a formal training process to include welding operations, inspection and testing
- Manage the use and control of calibrated inspection and test equipment
- Develop visual, dimensional and test procedures for new and existing products
- Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents, and related events
- Support the FLUIDRA Global EHS initiatives through continuous improvement and process development
- Educate employees on safety standards and expectations as well as safe machinery operation
- Investigate accidents that occur onsite and identify possible causes of the accident
- 2+ years' experience with Quality Management Systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presentation
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective professional relationships with employees and project managers
- Understanding of how to read blueprints and other construction plans preferred in some fields
- Leadership skills, such as the ability to motivate a team and provide feedback
- NDT Level II PT, AWS-CWI Certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
