The Customer Service Role


The Customer Services Representative works with the Account Teams and the Customer to provide on-time manufacture and delivery of branding products.


Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Communicates effectively with customers regarding status and details of orders
  • Creates, edits, and acknowledges sales orders both manually and via electronic portals; Identify special requirements and communicate them to the Production planning team
  • Creates, edits, and maintains customer and part specific master data including Customer billing and shipto information, customer part number cross references, customer pricing
  • Capable of resolving customer issues through various communication channels
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal team members to support excellent performance for our customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
  • Detailoriented individual
  • Must quickly learn and be comfortable navigating customer web portals
  • Must be very professional and wellspoken over the phone
  • Passion for learning and creating results

Pay:
$ $26.44 per hour
