Your responsibilities:


  • Every workday starts with a team meeting where information is exchanged and goals for the day are discussed
  • On the sales floor, you proactively greet our customers and answer their questions
  • You provide advice to customers on things like the fit of jeans, styling tips, and size options
  • By using our service tools (e.g. QR codes), you help our customers find what they are looking for, both online and instore
  • You are familiar with our online and offline promotions
  • Together with the visual merchandisers, you ensure that C&A is a place where people are inspired by our fashion and can easily find what they are looking for
  • Of course, you also ensure a smooth operation in the store, work at the cash register, help with pricing, and ensure a smooth process in the fitting rooms
