    Job Description

    LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Tax Practice that serves a distinctive client base consisting of Ultra Net Worth Individuals in the KC Metro area.

    Responsibilities:

    • - Prepare intricate, multi-state tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, and trusts
    • - Engage with clients to discuss tax return preparation
    • - Review and respond to client and taxing authorities' correspondence
    • - Consult with clients on tax-planning tactics
    • - Handle Business entity tax return preparation (990, 1056, 1120, and 1120S)
    • - Develop and update supporting tax schedules and forms
    • - Perform tax analysis including projections, estimates, and analyses
    • - Communicate with taxing agencies and conduct research on client-specific tax matters
    • - Undertake consulting and tax planning projects

    CPA certification is required or must be actively working towards it.

    3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in a large regional firm.

    Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
