Are you passionate about early childhood education and helping young minds blossom?
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Pre-K teacher to join our team In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the learning experience of our youngest students, nurturing their curiosity and fostering their social, emotional, and intellectual development.
Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development and Implementation:
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that promotes exploration and discovery.
- Develop and incorporate a variety of learning activities, including arts and crafts, music, storytelling, circle time, and outdoor play.
Instruction and Guidance:
- Teach young children basic skills such as identifying letters, numbers, shapes, and colors.
- Foster the development of language, critical thinking, problemsolving, and social skills.
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each child.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and growth.
Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a safe, secure, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Develop and enforce positive classroom routines and expectations.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and field trips.
- Ensure a clean and organized classroom space.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and development.
- Partner with parents to develop a cohesive learning approach for each child.
- Collaborate with colleagues and specialists to ensure a wellrounded educational experience for all students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- Valid teaching certificate in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required)
- At least 12 years of experience teaching Pre-K or Kindergarten (preferred)
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Patience, compassion, and a love for working with young children

$ $21.18 per hour
