  • Communicate with clients and carriers on new business and renewals
  • Update management system
  • Quote
  • Prepare proposals
  • Issue certificates of insurance
  • Review policies and send to clients
  • Follow up on cancellations
  • Answer phones
  • Order loss runs
  • Run MVR's
