DOXA Insurance Holdings is a Midwest-domiciled holding company that acquires specialty niche-focused insurance distribution companies such as Managing General Agencies (MGA), Wholesale Brokers, Program Administrators, and Retail Agencies.

Job Summary:

• The [M&A origination] role at DOXA is a critical member of the Mergers and Acquisitions team focused on:
• Executing various steps and processes to identify, establish and manage relationships with investment targets
• Supporting members of the M&A team in all aspects related to generating acquisition opportunities
• Identifying and implementing methods of continuous improvement of the firm's overall deal sourcing strategy

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the M&A team to identify companies using various available data sources in selected sectors and build and execute outreach campaigns targeted at those companies
• Manage communication with executives of target companies, setting up calls and meetings to facilitate sourcing and executing acquisitions of those targets
• Assist in tracking and presenting status and progress of DOXA M&A sourcing pipeline on a regular basis, manage and develop DOXA's proprietary M&A opportunity pipeline
• Support acquisition research efforts by identifying companies in target sectors and compiling thirdparty research
