Position Overview:


The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for renting and selling all products and services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.

The Inside Sales Representative will reach business targets through excellent telephone sales and communications skills.

This individual will also develop his or her phone-based revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.

Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.


Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 40 outbound sales calls a day to existing and potential customers
  • Coldcall prospects that are generated by external sources of lead
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
  • Collaborate with Supervisor and Technical Sales Rep to determine strategic sales approaches
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Technical Sales Reps where appropriate
  • Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
  • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers
  • Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports
  • Coordinate customer training as necessary

Position Requirements

  • Work in an office environment and warehouse setting
  • Travel for meetings, trainings and presentations as needed
  • Essential physical requirements
- sit, stand, bending


Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry highly preferred
  • Environmental and/or NDT/RVI industry experience preferred
  • Excellent phone, verbal and sales skills
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, plan and organize time.
  • Computer skills (Outlook, MS Excel, Word,).
This position does offer a bonus program after the 1st of the month following the employees' first 90 days.
