Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Basic math skills for handling payments and providing change
- Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of food service procedures, catering experience is beneficial
- Understanding of food safety regulations and standards
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is preferred
