• Statement of the Role
• To oversee the efficient operation of a convenience store and team by performing duties directly or through subordinates.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• General Management
• Ensure store operations within business hours, including working flexibly and covering shifts.
• Keep Operations Supervisor updated on store activities and staff performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures with the team.
• Communicate store needs promptly and handle bank deposits as per policy.
• Manage inventory levels and store appearance to company standards.
• Regularly work on the register for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Ability to fulfill all subordinate duties.

• Controls & Security
• Manage inventory and cash to prevent losses from theft and operational expenses.
• Conduct cash audits, oversee inventory counts, and investigate discrepancies.

• Bookkeeping
• Maintain accurate paperwork and prices, including price changes and the price book.

• Personnel
• Train and evaluate employees, ensuring their appearance, conduct, and performance standards.
• Address employee issues and enforce disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Schedule employees within set budgets.
